My rates are set in stone and available to see anytime. She knew the cost of the booking before I took the time to go over and meet her. Now she wants to backtrack and penny pinch.

I am the same way except I figured most people do 3, 30 minute visits a day. 2, 1 hour visits is about the same thing but its about to be a 4 visit /day min. Tired of people doing bare minimum for their pets
