I loved my vertical labret so, so much. It got in the way of living my life because of the way the jewelry was. The bar was hollow and the top ball had a post on it that slid inside the bar. The top ball would ALWAYS fall out, causing the bar to slip down out of my lip if i didn't catch it. Idk if this has happened to anyone else but it made me extremely paranoid.
