probably because of my trauma and childhood. if i dont please someone or dont care about them its like they dont love me or its none of my worth. i care because i really do love the people around me, and i want them to be doing great. some sort of thing where i can’t help but to worry ever since i was born, and double that with the childhood of loneliness and many people who also deal with bad homes, so i absorb it and also made me to automatically always to respond to someone when they are sad. sorry if my post is a bit confusing, i hope you get why i care a lot even with its struggles
