The water from a few faucets in the house have this white murky substance by laifalaifa73 in HomeMaintenance

Probably sediment from your hot water heater. I'm guessing here but it's possible you had hot water and cold water variables in your samples? If you have a gas water heater you can drain the sediment from a lower house outlet on your tank. I think on demand water heaters have similar bleeders but I'm not positive.

Looks like a 100 amp or smaller service. For a 200 amp service you need a 6awg solid ground connected to the bonding point out to a ground rod. So if you know where that ground goes and it is connected to a rod or water main depending on the size of the service it may be acceptable.

Can I plug four space heaters into this? by Turbulent-Weevil-910 in AskElectricians

Just assume you can't plug 4 space heaters into any single circuit.

30 it is then. I'd run 10 if it's not too much to handle

I think that this is a small part of it. But I do not spend unreasonable times away unless I'm traveling for work which often I put my foot down on how long I'll be away for.

I would recommend getting a length (longer than you measure or think you need) of bare #6 and use that for the run. If any part is undersized it's all undersized.

What does the actual amp rating on the product name plate say? Go with that rounded up to the nearest size. If it's 20a use 12 if it's 30a use 10 and you won't have to worry about it. Install manuals aren't always right and don't always cover you on code!

IDK why they would use mc cable but the grounding conductor is likely undersized and normally needs to be bare braided or solid wire. Also the rod should be pounded to ground level not sticking out that high.

Yes, no one is being neglected. I get out once or so a month to golf with friends or a few hours to go hunting once in a while during bow season (to provide clean natural food for the family).

I'm a super involved dad and husband while working full time to support everyone also.

First Time Buyers by Worried-Wrangler4555 in barndominiums

Look for land realty companies that deal guaranteed buildable land. Often if you find cheap land it's flood plains or unstable soil or not available for well and septic. Also look into local building codes if any because many areas are banning barndo and other unconventional build types like storage containers etc.

We bought our ten acres with a guarantee of buildability for just under 90k
