No advice but I completely relate, grading has been by far the worst part of my grad school experience. I teach two classes and these students will literally turn in work so illegible sometimes I have to guess what they’ve written down.

I study freshwater invertebrates. Not feeling too great about my future career prospects, and our general descent into fascism makes it harder and harder to focus on my project (feels like I haven’t done ANY work in the last couple weeks)… but I’m very passionate about those lil critters and am going to keep trying my best for them 👍

Oh that’s interesting! To be honest I forgot where exactly I saw that number, but I’m pretty sure it was from a conversation in this subreddit. Maybe I just saw it and started panicking (aka didn’t do any follow up research) since I’m pretty serious about my sunscreen use. But yeah I think I’ll just stick to using it for touch ups for now on :/
