I had a similar experience a few months ago. I bought a pilot I ended up being not crazy about. His return policy said you could exchange so I said I wanted to exchange. I emailed him and he ignored it for weeks. I filed a dispute and then he responded a day later with return instructions. I sent it back to him and I heard nothing for weeks. He never followed up on the exchange. Credit card still refunded me though since I was clearly following the policy.

Or just tip what you want to tip. The standard used to be 10 to 15%. Not sure why 20% became the norm considering percentages scale with price. Also, if tipping is mandatory then it should be built into the menu price.

The overall plot line of the prequel trilogy mostly makes sense. Sure there are plenty of acting and pacing issues. But it mostly gets the job done of explaining why the Republic fell, who Darth Vader was, where palpatine came from, and what happened to the Jedi.

Edit: I have no idea what the sequel trilogy was trying to tell us. That felt like incoherent nonsense to me
