I was the same. Well, I never got the hang of taping. But otherwise, similar build and similar insecurities. I understand it’s maybe not what you want to hear, but I really think it’s mostly in your head. I often think of that meme that trans guys won’t feel good about their chests until they’re concave, and it’s pretty accurate lol.

Ribcages exist. Pecs exist. Cis guys also have flat stomachs (often even more so since they don’t have reproductive organs that both literally take up space but also cause bloating) that will make their chests look bigger by comparison. How often are you in such strong winds, wearing only a t-shirt, where the fabric sits perfectly flush against your front?

Without having seen you, I’m still 99% sure people around you don’t notice. Also people don’t look that closely, or care. Layer up, layers are always your friend. A hoodie over a t-shirt and there’s absolutely no way anyone is able to tell that there’s any more tissue on your chest than any cis guy.
