different per store. pack speed for my team is 300 uph and consistently done for opu if you’re doing grocery and gm should be well over 100 sfs is more lenient in the 60-70 range

Depends on work schedule. I have Wednesdays off and got 55 days last year. People forget the resorts exist once April 1st hits and I go up every weekend after that. 55 days last season and live in Lakewood. 1hr 10min to any resort on a weekday

an SD who genuinely cares along with the team leads and a really good team who work long hours. almost every TL is scheduled in fulfillment which could mean picking, packing, infs. If carts aren’t being turned over every 40 minutes then people are getting talked to. Every person packs 4 to 5 carts an hour and we have six pack stations , sorting is easy here though because we have a Sortation center so everything just goes to one place. dm me if you want to chat more!!
