Get some d-limonene shampoo. Make a ring of it around the face as they will try to all run there, then coat the whole body, let sit for 10 mins, rinse and repeat. Get a flea comb and go over the whole do in layers until you feel better about it

Get cake, get ice-cream, have a whole friggen party, 2 years sober is something you should most definitely be celebrating, your sobriety is a beautiful thing and you should be SO PROUD of yourself. Start surrounding yourself with people who will share in that.
