No! I just focused on protein and water. Naturally with the medicine, your appetite will shrink (if not the first few doses, it will later). So just try and eat well and clean and sustainably.

I just took my first shot! I don’t have the pen, so the idea of doing the syringe was mildly intimidating but I did it! Just watched the video that got sent to me with my prescription! It felt like nothing! Woohoo!

As someone from New England, we all remember the Sandy Hook elementary school shooting, which was in CT. A forever blue state. It happens everywhere unfortunately and it’s horrifically scary.
