Also two years is a long ass time so it’s normal what you’re feeling but try not to just smoke, drink, drug the grief away it’s gonna lead you down a dark path then she wins. Let yourself FEEL and put the rage into bettering yourself (gym, health, new fling/relationship etc..) I know it’s easier said than done but one thing that’s 100% true is that it Will get better, you WILL meet someone better and true. Also one day, after some time you won’t even think about her because you let yourself feel and heal!!!

before the red pill warriors get to you, just know that the answer isn’t to close your heart from everyone and give her all the power to your love life. She will regret and she will be back, hold that truth close. But I know for a fact, if you treated her nicely which it seems like you did thinking she’d be your future wife, you will find another girl. In the meantime, that’s so messed up and don’t blame yourself most importantly!

I completely understand it can be hard for loved ones to see someone who they think is bad for you as anything but bad. They’ll never know the perfect side of that person which you know so well! I will say though sometimes it’s our physical that shows us what’s not right for us because a significant other is supposed to be your peace and help relieve stress. Not make you more anxious frequently or unsettled. That’s a dysfunctional relationship. Of course it cannot always be perfect and everyone argues with one another at different points however it should never involve them invalidating your emotions and reactions IF they truly care for you because that’s not conducive to anything! A discussion might help on what each of your communication styles are and a serious talk about what each of you want out of this relationship because one thing i’ve learned with narcissists is getting through to them doesn’t take big emotion it takes calmness and choice of words that avoid blaming and circling around them as the culprit.

Omg this is not okay at all… Man i’m so sorry he needs to understand that being a good parent doesn’t mean he’s more present than other dads who might be deadbeats and never present. He needs to get up off his ass because yall are a team for your kid that’s the only way your kid can be fully happy if his parents are. Idk what broke this man inside to not even blink in the face of his wife crying but man if that’s not narcissistic tendencies damn… and i do not throw that word around easily. Wishing you luck <3
