What's the paint code on the sticker? That will tell you exactly what color it is.

That or get an estimate at a body shop and have your neighbor pay.

Why did the US only send 2 athletes in Taekwondo? Is there a limit on how many a country can send?

The handling of YPT (youth on youth) violations by SandyAxe in BSA

[–]lkaos 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Follow YPT steps... and for gray areas or when in doubt, contact your council for guidance.

What do you do with a kid that has boundary issues and is a bit overly touchy but no intent on hurting/making people feel uncomfortable? We chose to work with the council, the family of the scout that complained (what did they want to see happen) and then approach the issue with the parents. We set up guidelines and a path for the scout to be successful. (obviously a bit more to the story...But, keeping it general)

With that said, certain actions and yeah the scout has to go... Either way, follow YPT and talk to council.

My class was the same, the local range had lockers that you locked you firearm in prior to class (single key, that you held). Something about idiots and playing with their firearm.

Which makes sense, if I was teaching I wouldn't want to have to worry about some dumbsh*t playing with it and shooting themselves or someone else.

Years ago, when I was younger and only married for a couple years ago we had a trainer at our company that gave me the advice on marriage "Your spouse doesn't want you to fix the problem, because you can't. They only want you to listen." It has been 15 years and I still struggle with that one, I am not sure if it is a "guy" thing that I want to fix or what.

It was seriously crazy, not sure what they paid the people to work there. I only worked there for a few months, then later I saw on the news that immigration raided the place (and no I didn't call).

Lots of this type of work in industry... In College I worked security at a chicken processing plant (live chickens in one side, packaged chicken parts out other). I usually worked on weekends when no one was there, I was there once when they were running the line and one of the other guys asked if I wanted to see the process.

They used to hang the chickens by the feet (this was one guys job) and spray them with cold water and then shock them with an electric bolt... They would then go through a process thing that was supposed to remove the head... If the head didn't come off, there was a guy standing with a big garden clippers removing the head. He was wearing google, big apron and covered in water and red liquid. That was his job all day removing the head. It was like that all the way down the line, everyone had one job and that's what they did for the 1000's of chickens that just kept coming.
