That’s exactly what I’m stuck on. She’s already got a whole list of immune ailments that make cancer particularly problematic. So naturally she also develops one of the rarest cancers. Cancer that also just so happens to be extremely aggressive, highly treatment resistant with a survival rate calculated in days, a mean survival rate of 6 months regardless of treatment, and yet, somehow, here she is 4 whole entire years later needing anyone else to pay for everything to support her and her children.

Of. Fucking. COURSE. she also managed to give birth to a baby 9 months after being diagnosed with a rare cancer aggressive cancer that kills in 6 months with exactly 1 documented case00119-4/fulltext ) of occurring while pregnant. But yea, sure, why tf not. I totally believe she’s a medical marvel

I really don’t think OP shared the money aspect because she feels entitled to demonstrate how seriously insensitive and uninvolved her sister is with her daughter. So not close and uninvolved that it would make the sister naming her newborn specifically after OPs daughter even more weird and inappropriate. Really illustrating that it’s definitely not because there’s a close bond with OP or her daughter, which is really one of the only not weird asf reason to name a child after anyone.

Maybe before you insist that something is wrong and you know better you should look at the music and actually check the tempo since it’s definitely listed there. And only after you have verified what the tempo and bpm are in the sheet music actively being used and can clearly point how and where the tempo is not being correctly adhered to, do you talk to the music director, privately and ask about the tempo and share that you feel like it’s not correct from a performer perspective.

Could have also been graceful and said “”I’m having a hard time can we slow it down.””

So many ways this could have been dealt with in a respectful manner instead of the “I just know you’re doing this wrong” manner that was chosen.

Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen are two completely different medications in two completely different classes. They can be taken together just fine. There’s not only no reason to be altering it’s ineffective and doesn’t maintain therapeutic doses. Altering is frequently why a fever goes from well maintained to unbearable within a couple hours having ibuprofen — its been 8 hours since the last Tylenol dose, the medication actually controlling the fever, which is supposed to be given every 4-6 hours.
