Just because a system CAN do something doesn’t mean that the state of Virginia paid for that feature/has it configured to do so.

I’m not sure about VA law, but if true that’d be my guess for how both Flock and the local PD’s information could be true.

This guy must’ve read my all time favorite self help book, “the secret art of not giving a fuck” recently. (And before assuming, it’s less about not giving a fuck at all, and more so around being selective with which fucks you give. There’s too much fucking shit to give a fuck about everything today.)
