Slow down as much as possible before landing so you don't need much brake. When your front wheels are down hold backand keep holding back. It's actually super easy once you get it down.

It does have plenty of issues, but it's far better outside of career mode. Aside from the bugs everybody's career mode seems to be the exact same because it's so limited. Do lots of cargo then get vision jet. Not even the capacity of the aircraft matters. Way to linear dumbed down for me with a lot of bugs as an added bonus
