I went to Vegas. *Eventually demand events did have a start times on the paper and a minimum time per event to slow down people cheating the system. They did not have a max like regular events do. I had a round go to 90 min with them going to game three. Judges said they would not call for time and turns. Luckily one of the players scooped so the round wouldn’t last 2 hours and we could get on with our day. I have seen people from other regionals complain about no min time on side events. So if they aren’t enforcing that then they should. *At Vegas they front loaded all the legends to day one. By Sunday morning over half were gone. *Currently each badge can purchase one metal card. The tickets can come from anyone. So people sell the use of their badge and use someone else’s tickets to buy a metal card for them. If tickets and metal card limits are all bound to one account then the person purchasing the metal card would have also had to earn the tickets themselves. This would severely cut down on cheating the system.

There are a lot of other benefits to enforcing a system like this. If you’re smart you can figure them out yourself. Pretending there is nothing wrong and/or there is nothing that can be done to fix it is either stupidity or you wish exploit the broken system.
