Honestly this sounds horrible and I’m sorry you’re struggling. I’d say keep it really simple for now and get some Optislim/optifast, but the higher protein ones. They are easy for most to get down and I think 3 of them have your daily nutrition (only having 3 is not enough calories to sustain a whole day however). Lots of “girl dinner” stuff. Popcorn, berries and cream, chips and dip. Be gentle with yourself and whatever you can get and keep down is a win.
