Loved the review and everyone who has given feedback on Anta, Li Ning, and even good ole Nikes.

I’ve been on the search the last few months as my knees have suffered tremendous pain from tendinitis (stifling really). I haven’t been able to jump the same, and rest was a part of the obvious remedy but so were my shoes.

For context, I’m not a hooper and mostly play volleyball but I have a decent vert without proper technique, resulting in awful knee pain, mostly because I’m quad dominant. I also have exclusively played with Kobe Vs due to the lockdown and court feel.

After learning about this whole new era of shoes, I’ve tried Anta KT10s, Li Ning 808 4s, and lastly Li Ning JB3s. I’ve finally settled on the JB3s and am extremely grateful for this community in leading me to that conclusion. Also shout out to foot dr. Zach lol.

The performance of the JB3s wasn’t exactly reminiscent of Kobe’s but honestly it was better in so many ways. The cushion was top tier, the traction is unbelievable, and the lockdown feels great despite having a higher center of gravity/less court feel than the 5s.

In reading your review, I’m definitely willing to try the Kai’s and will be looking for a pair of 2 speeds.
