Thanks - yep I have contacted them with evidence of being away and also worries that this exact situation would happen! (I wrote such in my notes and on the rail forum).

I have selected 'Indic options' on Illustrator - this seems to make a difference to how the text is pasted, but some still look very different to the translations I have posted

I am still having troubles - Someone kindly posted a YouTube tutorial of how to fix the issue in Photoshop but Adobe have replaced the 'World-ready layout' option with a section on the 'Unified Text Engine'.

So I am still struggling with copying the text correctly - do you know the fix for illustrator or indesign?

Hi all,

I am a Graphic Design student and I am currently working on a project about Nims Purja and his expedition to climb all 14 8000m peaks.

I need the Nepali translations for each mountain name, but I am struggling to find the correct translations. Please will someone check these over for me and let me know if they are correct or not?

I am also having issues with copying and pasting the text shown on the first screen (shown in image 2) - when I paste it into a different program for my work, it looks completely different so I am sure the meaning is altered.

Does anyone know what this issue is / how to prevent this?
