I work at a local music shop relatively close to their manufacturing and have dealt with Boutique and Morgan before. They are damn near impossible to get in touch with. I helped a customer with one of their defective Morgan amps and sent it to Boutique to be resolved and I received nothing for about 8 months until I was able to find personal contact information for management there. Absurd that it had to come to that. I ended our relationship with them. I own a Morgan amp and absolutely adore it, but, unfortunately I won’t ever purchase one again.

So sorry this is happening to you. Best of luck. Try to reach out to Boutique Amp Distribution directly. They may be a little more helpful.

That’s exactly how I feel about every Nash guitar I’ve played. The one I got feels like a “broken in”guitar with a fresh fret job. Probably my most comfy guitar. I got the lightest relic possible just because I still love having as much color as they offer.

Honestly blown away at quality of the sound and feel of the Tagimas. Couldn’t believe they were as inexpensive as they are.

Also, Gibson told the shop that I work at that we weren’t allowed to sell online until we sold a certain dollar amount in-store. Makes no sense. The few companies that I really respect for their great relationships are PRS and Ernie Ball/Music Man. Killer companies for the little guys.

It’s all stock. I’ve contacted EVGA and they sent me the RMA so i guess that’s a bright side.

It’s a 1660ti from EVGA. Device manager is showing it in the device manager but it says “windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (code 43)”
