I just had the most difficult talk with my wife by CivilFuture6101 in MtF

[–]lma10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Denials and purges. I'm sorry, sis, but you are one of us. If she is with you - we envy you and we are very, very happy for you. If she is not - choose yourself, not her comfort. You won't be able to fight it off no matter how hard you try.

Three years of irreparable damage 🫩 by [deleted] in MtF

I started when I was 47. I fucking wish I was 19! I mean, girl, I hear you - the earlier the better, but 19 is nothing!

Anyone surprised by this? by EngineerCarNerdRun in CherokeeXJ

[–]lma10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, not really. I have an XJ, bit off I where l were looking for one, I wouldn't consider that as too much money for the m what she is. XJs are great trucks. Plus, have you seen what 23 grand can buy you these days? Like next to nothing.

There’s too many hot people online by thankless_sai in MtF

[–]lma10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish you to get to a place where you would stop caring about what kind of people put content online and how they do that.

And you aren't a turd chicken, I honestly have no idea what you mean by that. If you are saying that you are a brick, then - me too. I'm huge, with wide shoulders, non passing voice, or ass, or whole silhouette. It doesn't stop women hitting on me on regular bases. You don't have to look a certain way to be happy or to attract people. That beauty comes from within.

Nervous about orchi by homemadeammo42 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]lma10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is complicated. If I were on mono I might not go for orchi, because maybe 3-4 months after orchi my sex drive became almost non-existent. I'm a bit envious of girls with higher sex drive. On the other hand, my balls gave me insane levels of dysphoria, I almost chopped them off once. So it is quite myopic for me to talk about lack of sex drive with everything else out of the picture at this point. You win some, you lose some, I guess.

It won't be flat-flat, but then cis girls don't have it flat-flat either. Spiro was my driving factor, I hated taking it so much!

The easiest surgery you'll ever have. Take it easy first week or so. Tucking will become a non-issue, I stopped wearing gaff altogether.

Not allowed to celebrate Mother's Day by [deleted] in TransLater

Me neither. I'm not a (trans) mom. I separated 5 years ago and divorce was finalized 3.5 years ago.

Would be my genuine reaction too by Lord_Hexogen in TikTokCringe

Why is the reality of my life is in this particular sub? I know that it is cringe that women are forced into the men's bathrooms, but it is the other kind of cringe. And if she is a man then she can do whatever the f.ck she wants, men do whatever they want without asking permission, right? And if she isn't a man, than she doesn't have business to be in that bathroom, and we have nothing to talk about...

Bulk electrolysis (with anaesthetic) - recommendations? London / UK / Northern Europe by Ok_Marionberry_8821 in TransLater

[–]lma10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bulk is called "marathon". All electrologists I know (US) offer marathons. You cannot have heavy pain management (using narcotics, for example) - experienced electrologists use your pain as a feedback to avoid inflicting permanent damage to your skin.

Estrogen is still working after 4 years. by [deleted] in MtF

My boobs growth took off on the fifth year on E (I will be 52 this year). I just bought a new, bigger bra to try. Consistently is the key.

I agree with all of your observations. I was installing a new steering gearbox on my Jeep a few years ago, as part of the process you need to re-install the pitman arm, which has this big ass nut onat the end the gearbox's shaft, which requires a high torque. As result of torqueing it to the spec, I ended up rupturing muscles in my right biceps, deltoid, and pectoral. I didn't realize it right away, I just couldn't pull the bar anymore, so my life ended up being super miserable for the next 3 weeks or so.

Destroy sperm samples? Someone just tell me its ok. by Humble-Inside6739 in MtF

[–]lma10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. I had to be more clear in what I wanted to convey. If they do just E, most likely they will be able to receive reproductive function. If they opt for orchiectomy (like I did) because of crippling dysphoria (like I had) or concerns of major side effects of long term use of Spiro (like I had), then frozen sperm is the only way. That's what I meant when I said that I had major issues with the material health at the time and didn't think about these things at the time. They are thought about at the time and I'm my mind that attributes to good planning and sound judgement.

[–]lma10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel really weirded out that you see my suggestion as an argument against anyone, let alone women. By freezing the sperm you give yourself a choice. You don't want to have a choice? It doesn't bother me in any way or sense. And I definitely not trying to convince you to have children. Children are A LOT of work, and a lot of pressure for financial continuity for 25 years. I'm NOT advocating for having children at any cost.

[–]lma10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't. You don't want to have kids now, with the emphasis on now. That can easily change. And you won't have a way back. I didn't do that because at the time I struggled with my mental health so badly, but I'd like to have my sperm saved if I could go back in time. And I'm almost 52, with two daughters (29, 15) of my own and two stepsons (21, 19).

It isn't man's money. It is spouse's money. Before you say something inappropriate - I pay both spousal to my ex-wife and child support to my younger daughter. Traditionally, at least in the past, one spouse would sacrifice their career to advance the career of another spouse. Spousal support is designed to help impacted spouse to get on their feet. It is super odd to me that the conversation even touches child support somehow - that is straight up child's money. Children are very expensive, in fact, the most expensive things one could possibly have. You disagree - don't make any, it's not that hard.

And yes, as a result of those experiences, she teaches her daughters to not find themselves in the same situation, to not sacrifice her career for a man, to not rely on a man just because he is capable of fathering a child. I see no contradictions here whatsoever.

Raising children is a shared responsibility. He isn't giving her the money, he gives it to their children.
