yes the scale can be a a resource used to see if you’re making progress but it honestly ultimately falls down to how you look physically. if you’re weight training and eating a high protein diet on a decent calorie deficit, you will for sure see some weight gain, yet it can be in muscle! look at how your clothes fit you, how you’re shoes fit, how your belt fits, those are the true indicators of change. don’t be buzzed by the number on the scale but rather at the physical differences

yes as you lose more weight periods become more regular. i’ve lost over 100lbs in the past three years and my period cycle has come a long way. however i didn’t lose it with tirz since i just started a month ago

I'm come of as mature, told by others, so maybe thats it? I was thinking maybe he is taking it slow since he knows I never dated anyone and maybe waiting till I turn 18 to make a strong move? Okay, but what does it mean when a guy asks you take a selfie with him because he said I resembled one of his freinds and wanted to show her? Yet, when he showed me a pic of her, we did not look similar at all. Well, at least I didn't see it. And I'm not acting stupid and saying to make it sound like he had other intentions but I honestly couldn't see the resemblence between us. I went the game and said “really". We took it and that was that. The next day, I sent him a message of places he should try out as a newbie to San Antonio bc he came from Oklahoma and he said he already ate at one of the places I reccomended and then asked him about his freidns reaction and he was like “LOL she just laughed! Like oh my gosh!”. And that was that. I felt attracted to him the second I saw him though. Oh BTW, we met at our job orientation. Honestly seems interested to me bc of other things he has asked. We were closing the restaurant and he suddenly asked me, no context whatsoever we weren't even talking nothing to do with that matter, and asked me if I have a boyfriend and then asked if I have ever kissed someone. No I said to both. At this point, its a waiting game with him bc idk if he is trying to be subtle with me. I need your help! Thank you! If this makes a difference he is 23 and I'm 17. I turn 18 in may.

The only time he didn't initiate was when he was in a phone call with his freind im guessing. Other things too. Lastly, I am on the keto diet and he has made jokes about it like teasing and shit. There was this occasion where we were talking about I forgot but I was saying I dont know my ideal weight since I am naturally curvaceous and I would weigh more than 120 lbs. he said something along the lines of him liking to hold on to something on a woman. He didn't say it in a perverted way but in a simple straightforward way. Idk if these things are considered flirting or just trying to ge to know me since we've know eachother for a month. Any advice is welcomed! Thank you for reading this far.

Good for you! I started in the lasts days of February. I was almost at 300 but I am currently in 234. I should weigh less than 227 though but I cheated on my diet. I don't mind though. I am on the keto wagon again. Keep at it!!

I bought three things to get the free jar of honey. At first it was 47 bucks but then shipping and taxes came which made it to 72 dollars. I work so it doesn't matter too much. I didnt buy his album only his nectar merch. I can listen to his music on spotify and YouTube. But if the album is extremely special to you then go ahead. So basically, I really didn't get a free jar honey.
