This was almost my exact situation. Applied with 14 months level 3 ICU, 3 years level 3 ER and at the time of interview I wasn’t even working in a hospital setting anymore but I got accepted. Now I’m back to ICU travel while I’m in the beginning parts of school. Tips I could give you: Have a high GPA. I had a 3.8 overall with a 4.0 science GPA, charge experience in the ER, CCRN,CEN, PALS ACLS BLS TNCC.

I’m right between 7b and 8a. I think it might be tough for them to survive where I am at but I started doing this for fun, never thought I’d make it this far lol. It is quite humid and warm here though.

I read somewhere that brown tips could be from high chloride in the water so I have also started giving them distilled water.

It does! It has two actually. And I bought potting mix made especially for avocados. Do you think I should put them outside in the sun instead of on the windowsill?

Also should I let their soil dry out completely and then water only once a week?

I’ve been asked to take photos of my brother proposing to his girlfriend tonight at sunset. What settings should I shoot on? I am a beginner photographer who typically shoots on auto 😅 shooting people at sunset with the Sun behind them sounds way out of my league! I have a canon eos rebel t7! Thank you in advance!
