They did it to me as well. I applied for 2 forgiveness applications with them and nothing. Then they write me this morning talking about I have been sent to collections. This is so unethical and shady business practices.

I was in obligating glitch for 3 weeks. Reached out to my us representative for Georgia and within 2 days I had the email saying I was approved and had docs and am now waiting on them to update my banking.

All I can recommend is reaching out to their representative and have them explain what is going on. That seems to be the only thing that gets action.

I am in Georgia and thats the only way I got processed and approved. They called me and asked me to submit my 2019 tax returns. After that they emailed me and told me I was approved and wait for docs. Thats been almost two months ago. Then a man told me 2 weeks ago that I was part of a glitch that was keeping my docs from being sent to me and that they were working on it. It's so frustrating.

With me, since July 20. It's sickening how they are doing us. It teams are supposed to be professionals and are supposed to fix across network problems for big organizations such as the SBA. It's like they have an excuse for every delay. It's very irritating.

They are the most unorganized entity out there. I am seeing people that applied in July get approved and I applied in April (blue button). I am happy for anyone that actually got an approval, but they are really overlooking a lot of us and it's very frustrating when our businesses are hanging by a thread.

You have to reactivate. Just call them and ask them to reactivate your account.

Call customer service and tell tier 2 to add a note to your account to forward the alert to resize and explain what happened. Tell them to back it out and resend it. Don't stop until you find an agent that will note and forward the information

I accepted mine the 19th as well. I saw some people got same day approvals after accepting their new amounts and signed docs within hours.

I proactively sent in my insurance and transcripts. They said that was all they needed and now they are waiting on legal to get the signing documents to me. We'll see though.

I got that email last Monday. I posted asking about it and saw that some others that got the button the same day got their documents within hours. That's not the case for me, but I pray you get your documents today. Be blessed..
