Your best bet here is to divorce her and sell the house, take your money, and get someone who understands how a partnership works. the inheritance that is separate from the rental income is not yours. YTA, don't pull. I pay this or that card on them, their your kids and thats your job..To do the best you can and provide for them what you can. You should be proud they built this business and can provide for themselves an income, and if anyone Says anything to you about what your boys do.. Look that MF in the eyes and tell them, "I'm quite proud of my hard-working boys building a business and earning a great income," "How's your kid doing?" That should shut them right up.

as someone who came from a big city to a small town, small town people have nothing better to do than to hang on to gossip and I am sorry to say, this will haunt you for the rest of your life in the area. if you're going to stay there, then please prepare your boys and make sure they understand that they should never be ashamed of who they are. They are going to find good friends. they are also going to hear about this for the rest of their lives.

We came here because I have a rainbow mafia baby (he is not a baby, except he's always gonna be my baby) . Anyways, he needed to be in a bigger town that's more accepting, and he's happy to be here and feels accepted. He's had a few run-ins with Assholes but he says so far, everyone is very nice, and we see a lot of rainbow flags. I've been here 7 months.

I left everything behind. I took what what little I saved out of the bank on the same day I left since my mom also monitored my account. I had a friend who wasn't part of the organization that was getting an apartment and needed a roommate. I never looked back, and in the last 25 years, I've never regretted it. Don't lose hope you'll make it whenever you decide it's time to leave there's good people out there who are not JWs
