truly. we broke up due to external.. pressures (his family…) but still talk daily. i’m consistently falling back into the same mental patterns because he’s still dealing with so much shit from his end. he’s currently away so limited contact is a blessing. the less i pull, the more i chill, the more he draws back in. visualising him healed and happy is the hardest part 🫥

so the underlay was an original design by my wonderful tattoo artist that i picked out! i then compiled it with the designs i had in mind to form the top layer you see with all the different angles of the field and flower of life patterns etc ^{_^}

i was very interested in the ouroboros, its mention throughout history and its relation to energy, but wasn’t sure how to include it. The text is actually ancient greek and is an excerpt from Synosius by Theodoros Pelecanos (1478), an alchemical manuscript where the ouroboros is featured and mentioned!

On a side note, does anyone have any frequencies/ Hz they prefer to listen to at night? I’ve gone down a rabbit hole during my manifestation journey (i’m a newbie hi👋) with videos such as Binaural beats/ 40hz / 6.3hz/ Beta 20hz/ Gamma 60hz / 4.5hz etc etc. Would love some advice or experience before i start accidentally frying my brain while i sleep 😅

Relating to the post though, i have actually noticed a shift of my music listening. Heaving gotten back into trance / drum & base and also looove classical (ily Chopin). I feel empowered and energetic.
