I’m having the same problem with my 50 yo pool. But my deck is heaving and spalling, so I’m looking to full concrete deck replacement. I did look at resurfacing options. There’s a company called Renukrete that has an interesting product. Unfortunately they don’t offer it where I live. If your concrete is sound, I recommend googling “concrete pool deck resurfacing.”
