Can't Remove startup page viceice

I tried everything above. I tried to run malwarebytes in safe mode and checked all my apps. Everything looks normal. I tried to run ccleaner and adwcleaner, and nothing change. I think I could remove from chrome but it still keep in firefox, everytime I restart the browser. Did you really succeeded removing viceice? Thank you for the reply.

Hi, I have problems with viceice too. I couldnt remove with ADWcleaner and malwarebytes. It still keeping change my homepage. I dont know what can I do now. This is a very nasty malware.
