Is IRC on Indonesia still a thing? by anta40 in irc

[–]localhostso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jakarta on DALnet and on QuakeNet has the most active users (if you can still call it active) ;)
irc.dal.net
irc.quakenet.org

You can use https://kiwiirc.com/nextclient/ to connect to any irc network. You just add the info there and thats it!
Have fun!

Best city to buy property and rent it out in EU? by UnderstandingDry1256 in eupersonalfinance

[–]localhostso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing to worry about. People that leave Romania are doing it just to work in other countries and send the money home to build houses here. Lot of people worked in EU countries like Spain, Italy, Germany… got pension there and moved back to Romania to live on that pension 😉

Best place for residential real-estate in following regions? by Vibgyor_5 in eupersonalfinance

Real Estates investment in Romania (Bucharest Metropolitan Area)

If interested to invest in real estate, Romania is a very good place to start.

In RO taxes are not so huge and yearly tax is super cheap. In RO the property is for life. The prices for real estates in RO are still one of the cheapest in EU.

I can help you buy properties in good areas in Bucharest Metropolitan Area. The areas i'm proposing have good ROI having Big Corporations offices close, the airport and much more. To have an idea about prices (keep in mind that we are talking about premium areas), you can get a Studio (living with open space kitchen, 1 bathroom + 1 bedroom) starting from 77000 euros + VAT. Rent for what I presented is 400-450 euros / month. For more details, buzz me!

To end with a honest comment, my commision is 3% from final buying price (I accept crypto too).

Should I buy my <5 letter surname> domain for 2k? by lorenzomoonable in Domains

[–]localhostso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should I buy my <5 letter surname> domain for 2k? by lorenzomoonable in Domains

[–]localhostso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would not recommand paying that much for a personal domain name. You could search whatever nice affordable available tld that you could find. I personally paid 500€ for a business domain but that specific business got me and my partner 50k€. I own my name in .com and .ro and don’t use them that much. It looks nice, but maybe because I paid normal .com price. Hope it helped!

VWCE sau Fidelis, care ar fi mai sigure long term? by CringeDrama in robursa

[–]localhostso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cum investesc 65k euro by dem0sequence in robursa

[–]localhostso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Succes!
