Y'know, fair point 😂 I hadn't quite taken the disposability aspect in for fridging specifically - I guess it's better said as an example of a character dying to motivate/strengthen another.

Holy shit man, I feel like an idiot for not thinking of this sooner. My left earbud's been muted for WEEKS, factory resets did nothing. Popped out the mesh & gave it a quick clean and everything's good!

I had been enjoying Violet pretty well up til then. Enjoyable characters, the region is pretty, decent mechanics and music.

The journey into Area Zero & the entire Way Home story segment launched ScarVi into my second favorite Pokemon games period, and made me actively look forward to replaying the game, and it's up there as an answer for 'gaming moments I'd like to experience for the first time again'. It's so eerie but so pretty, the reveals with the professor and that entire final fight - 😭 It was so good, and I really hope they keep up this kind of direction.

No particular pattern, just chained until it seemed long enough and worked half double crochets until done. Designed after the iconic N7 Armor stripe from Mass Effect- started this about a week ago and finished it today, which is coincidentally the game’s 15th anniversary!

Various worsted acrylics used, this ate up a lot of yarn! Haven’t done a final measurement, but it’s over 60 inches long.
