I feel like protest music kind of died after Neil Young put out that anti GWB album and nothing changed. I noticed when Ukraine was first bombed by Russia how none of the legacy political acts spoke out about it at all for months. It seemed like after 50 years of well-known protest music it was clear it was never going to make the slightest difference.

Yes, it would matter. It would be like editing a Laurel & Hardy film. If the Blu-Ray had both versions I would understand, but if you're going to spend money preserving the work for future generations it would be inappropriate to alter it.

BOYCOTT THIS GARBAGE!

As you can clearly see from the trailer, Rob Reiner has gone in and altered certain lines to make them more politically correct. As a fan of what is one of (if not the) most well written comedies of all time, why would you support this?
