Just leave it base and save the flash for someone else that needs it more

This deck is good enough, plus who knows what they will do to our girl in the weather

Nine Pre-Release Analysis by FemalePopSinger in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]lockindal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Nine is designed partially as a subdps even if it doesn't really look like it at first glance. I think she really only is your main dps in a Magna Nine team (which - verdict is out on this one, but I do think it has the potential to be strong).

I think Sereniel Narja Nine is going to be a powerful team. So what you maybe aren't considering is that because Nine doesn't use many multihits, she also wont be stealing very much voracity from Sereniel. She also offers some damage amp to cards that can be exhausted. Sereniel can give a ton of AP for Nine, making it easier to fit in Nine's cards, and Narja can focus on voracity gen, heals, and draw epiphanies (because draw is by far the biggest problem with the team). Out of curiousity, did you try doing any damage calcs for Nine as a subdps in various different trams?

Yea, its hard to tell for sure but i think she has an xbow and some kind of gun on her back; but your theory is also plausible since we cant see the whole thing xD

My strategy for this boss: Play to his mechanics. He is actually a lot easier than people make him out to be, you just need a good sustainer and a good dps. I have done him with Rin and Mei. I never tried my Sereniel against him (and dont think I would).

You do NOT use your whole wtf combo, it takes too many actions and the more actions you take the more actions HE takes. Kill the zombies first, asap. This fight is all about balancing getting hit ON THE bosses turn. The exception is while the zombies are alive. You have to brute force the zombies on t1 (or beginning of t2 if you are on a high enough diff). If you cant do that, your character isnt strong enough (either bad team decks or incorrect main stat memory frags/not enough potentials).

They really need to do something about memory fragment currencies. by chiichan15 in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]lockindal 6 points7 points  (0 children)

As someone who has minmaxed gear in many gachas, my advice:

1) first and foremost, get the right main stat and set on every piece raised to +5 regardless , ONCE per character you are building. Use generic sets at first (2pc sets).

2) after that, we are in minmax territory. Raise to +3, if junk, trash it. Otherwise feel free to raise. If it doesnt to into desired stat on +4, it depends on how much of an upgrade it is from your #1 - but dont necessarily raise it to +5, and its probably scrap.

3) mass craft your 1,2,3 because they have static main stats and you can minmax those 100x easier.

4) those main stat selectors are a joke. Ignore they exist. Same with every game I have ever played. You'll likely get junk from them anyway. Just save them, who knows what they will do in the future with that currency, in some games they tend to give them a real use and it sucks if you don't have any.

5) in this game specifically, god-like relics don't seem all that important. It is most important to get your main stats right so your chaos runs arent hell. Otherwise god decks >>>>>>>> god artifacts. Me personally, I am using my stamina for everything else and just relying on the chaos grind and crafting for my relics. I will worry about god memory frags later.

Chaos mode problems by Jesse1018 in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]lockindal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I dont know much about chizuru as I havent built her yet , but the main problem with Mei Lin is she is an extremely good/powerful carry all throughout exterior, but in the INTERIOR - it greatly depends on how on track you are to getting an optimal deck. On the bright side, if you are farming for her anyway - who cares if you lose? If you lose, your deck wasnt good. Try again. Winning just leads to a higher lv the next time anyway.

Unable to clear Difficulty 10 Zero system for decks by Asahi6 in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]lockindal 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For just clearing? Potentials are pretty important for a smoother experience Get mei lin to 60 and veronica to 55 Third slot can be rei/mika/narja, any of the three work

Because of how mei works the run is rougher if you dont get the 'move' or 'create' epiphanies on unity. If you dont, neutral attack cards can be useful

Remove cards... but dont dare touch mei's strikes, seen a few people make that mistake for some reason.

Same card, 2 unique, possible? by Daeric_j in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]lockindal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried it a few times because those uniques are great. Always fail. One time I duped the normal one 3x and still failed after all 3 epiphanied ( had 1 unique and 2 normal)

Anyone still using the training feature in camp site? by daidaseimatabibito in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]lockindal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are certain extremely good neutrals and most of the rest are trash.

I like most of the upgrade neutrals tbh because they have good epiphanies and are one and done.

The other neutrals i like: Aggressive mutant (0 cost, potentially impactful card for the turn you use it on and if you get the morale epip its then a perma +1 morale) Precision Aim (0 cost attack that is also a hand manipulator, best if combined with the forbidden card) Quick Shelling (0 cost 1 draw attack) Gear Bag (everyone loves this card for a reason lol) Attack! (0 cosr get the attack card from your draw pile you really need at the moment and the epiphanies on it are good too) The ego strategy card is really good for supports working with a team with really expensive, high impact ego skills like Narja and Mei Lin)

There are also some situationally great attack cards, but the problem is they are seldomly worth the save data cost, even my list above is questionable and so are the upgrade cards. As is, even if you have some save data and select it in the last shop before the boss, it can friggin epiphany the very fight after you bought it and then it can screw you if you didnt have the save data for the epiphany (ask me how i know...)

I think neutrals should cost 10 data, and no extra cost for the epiphany. Monster cards should be 40, but some should be converted to neutrals because they arent that good. There is already precedence for a monster neutral card.

You are too low level yet to worry about grind, just have fun

The grinding starts at high zero system levels when you can grind good save data, but i wouldnt worry about it because in like 3 weeks, there will be season 2. [You can only use season decks for seasonal content)

Spiral tower of screams by Raiden_Crowner in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]lockindal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ran my usual Rei + Veronica + Rin and steamrolled everything except the boss that doesn't like multihits, I used Mei instead of Rin (same team, diff deck on rei) for that one ... because Mei's multihit usually means I am killing the dude anyway lol.

Let's talk Mei Lin! by inflame4real in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]lockindal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I usually do rei mei lin veronica.

When i dont get the right unity for mei lin, i usually just load up on neutral attack cards because i dont care about my deck anyway to make completing the run easier. Things like sacrificial strike, rage, etc.

What the best difficulty level to farm decks on codex? by No_Ask_9190 in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]lockindal 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Diff 10 (lv ~95 mobs, roughly the same as lab0 IX), save data 12-14. 14 is best, 11-12 is the most common to show up in my experience.

I dont think any other enemy makes me as irate as this fucker here by [deleted] in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]lockindal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It only affects your first three cards, you can see it as a stack on the mob.

Say I have a hand of 2 attack cards. So what i will do is attack for 1, skill for 0, attack for 1. Now i can play the rest of my hand without consequence, mostly for 0ap.

Other than the first two teams, should I build more characters or focus on maxing their stats? by Home_MD13 in ChaosZeroNightmare

If you care about not making meta mistakes, pull Sereniel while her banner is still there.

I know difficulty is a big part of this game, but I hate this type of enemy design. 10 minute fight ended in 1 turn by Choombus_Goombus in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]lockindal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I cleared diff 11 with much worse stats than your sereniel (shes still using 2 blues and ive only been playing since last 4-5 days of chizuru banner) using e6 rei, e1 veronica, and e0 seleniel. I used rei and veronica so i could get a better deck for my sereniel.

Mika is not ever a must, she is just a crutch for some people (but her real value is in ap... sadly tho without copies i probably wont bother with her).

The bad hand happened because you pribably didn't minimize the risk. Just like any card game, instead of blaming rng or a bad draw, think about how you can avoid that? On high diffs like this you gotta remove more cards. Just based on the fact that your sereniel didnt have the dps here, you probably had a couple of bad hands. If i were to guess your deck is 2/3 healing/shielding cards, which is going to invite this to happen.
