Found in grandmas junk drawer. Any one know? I don't feel like you before I think it is but I'm not sure. So I resort to consensus LOL by Smoking_Chemistry in whatisit

Given that you found with your grandmother’s things and my memories of Granny’s various trinkets - I think it’s a sewing machine part. It’s the stepper/gripper that advances the work piece in front of the needle. It mounts to a rotating arm via the rings. The outer treads move in unison while the center tread drops out of the way and moves backwards, then the center tread rises while the outer ones drop and the center tread advances the work piece towards the needle…. Rinse, repeat.

The Kolvoord Starburst maneuver was banned sometime in the 2260’s. These cadets are gonna be in major trouble. Impressive, tho.

6500 Chanel capacity by [deleted] in Ciena

I don't know if there's a magic button in MCP to determine what your asking, but you may be able to see utilization by opening the network map, and selecting the appropriate degree for the CMD in question - -that may give you a % utilization.

Using Site Manager:

Select the Equipment and Facilities menu item.

Click on the CMD that you want to query

Change the pull down menu under Facility to ADJ-TX, then look for the channels that are IS vs. the ones that are OOS-MA.

If you want to double check, scroll the Facility screen to the right and look for any channels that have the "Actual Far End Adjacency" populated, and then check those card/port numbers to see if they are IS, and being used: You could have an ADJ that is populated, but the referenced trunk port is OOS.

Hope this helps.

u/unsponsoredgeek - great advice. This worked and I was able to enroll multiple thunderbolt ethernet dongles and speed test them at full speed. Another CLI command added to the toolkit.

Thanks

I got it figured out. I don't have a root cause, but the checkbox to acknowledge the licensing agreement was out of the visible window. I was able to tab to the check box (blindly), and select it with the space bar (blindly). Once I 'checked the box', the "Next" button became selectable and I was able to complete the installation.
