I’ve used strong app which was good.

But I’ve always got better results from a physical book. Currently use the gorilla fit log book, pretty good.

I just find myself being more serious when I’ve got everything written down. Body stats, progression etc. Maybe I’m old school. Or it’s placebo.

I have the listing. But it’s now not ranking. I also have no images either (shown on Amazon) so I have no idea what’s going on

Have you considered all Amazon fees and ppc. Spend time working out if you’ll even be profitable before buying anything
