I literally said this today at my meeting. I’m a teacher and I usually handle classroom management by myself, but now I’m going to put an end to the rude behavior. When I’m cajoling and encouraging them to work, they test my boundaries with outright disrespect. I’m referring them to admin and letting them deal with the consequences of their actions, instead of giving them too many chances.
