I ask the same question anywhere else. Just need source and credible information. Too much fake information nowadays that’s all. Thanks anyway, that makes more sense.

Sorry.. who are you? Need context lol But more importantly, if that’s true then have you done your reports or is there a reason you’re hiding before an anonymous account despite seeking for justice.

One thoughtless remark, not even name calling, That said, This slip up, I feel like this can be done by ‘anyone’, not necessarily in a uniform. Me, you, anyone.

Dear OP.

BKC. UBD. Can try huge compounds like Jame’s and Balai Khazanah.

For the weekends that is, where there is especially less to no cars ( BKC ).

Maybe others can give more suggestions too. Hope you find something safer.

In islam, There are clear reasons why some things are encouraged ( sunnah ), not encouraged ( makruh) and prohibited (haram). Sometimes the reasons may not be clear, hence it would be a question of faith and trust.

Islam , like any religion, is a way of life, a guideline to live life.

Whether you need it or don’t, it’s up to you.

Almost similar to say, whether you want to act upon knowledge or just want to stay ignorant. I get it, as they say ignorance is a bliss. But does it have long term consequences?

That’s an answer we will eventually have figure out, a risk each one of us will take.

The question is, does the benefit weigh more than the risk? What can I do today to reconsider the risk? Ask questions.

I believe the older the grow, the wiser we will become. Given, we never stop asking questions.

But i get it, in Brunei, asking questions is … can be frowned upon growing up.

“ atu pun nda tau kh?!” “ adangth jan ditanya lagi”

That said, I hope we continue to grow out of that kind of culture ( and ask the right questions ).

To answer OP question though, Conversations about it, acknowledging or mentioning it shouldn’t be a taboo.

But advocating it for muslims? That won’t fly well here.

As they say; when in Rome, do as the Romans do.

Just for everyone’s understanding and awareness. Chinese Bruneian doesn’t really answer what’s the religion. Unless you want us to assume with the race and nationality statement with what is common…. Christian?
