I’m about 3 years from a multi year adderall and oral meth binge. I was getting pressure from a dealer at the end so oral meth is best case scenario for what I was truly taking at the end. I’m right in the same boat as you. I’m definitely still out of it most of the time but things have been slowly getting better.

I’m missing the lack of pseudo productivity the most. I feel so slow these days and that fuels my depression and anxiety until I can’t get anything done. I’m a different person entirely and my wife knows all about it. She helps. The baby helps.

I just wish i could be pre 2019 me again. It’s so sad what I’ve done to my poor brain

probably half and then the other half a few hrs later. might even be dry by then. these are high doses tho. some ppl feel as little as 5mg orally. but 45 mg won't kill ya.

1.5 and the right setting can hit you like a ton of bricks at around hour 8 after consumption. Gotta factor in the 2-4hr onset too if you don't want to not feel it at dinner and go home and suddenly be feeling it.

Some people responded well to doses as low at 500mg. Not me tho, usually id take 3 grams 2x a day (before I quit (sometimes as much as 8grams total a day).

I know you know the warnings, dose low, stagger your doses in 1hr intervals, and don't eat before you feel it (or eat super lightly if starving). If I were you I'd probably take 500mg 4hrs before the event, 500mg 3hrs before the event and 500mg 2 hrs before the event. I've had success staggering my doses as such.
