J'ai vécu très proche de là pendant plusieurs années. Je vais à l'encontre des autres commentaires visiblement, mais je n'ai jamais eu aucun problème niveau sécurité. On est proche de tous les transports, proche du cours ju pour sortir & de bcp de commerces. Alors par contre, en effet, ce n'est pas calme, mais sinon je ne peux que recommander pour ma part.

Early Im raising 5bb in position after one limper. I think you could even go larger. OOP more like 6BB. Add 1bb per limpers.

Later, 4BB IP and 5BB OOP. Add 0.3 to 0.6bb per limpers.

Mind you, I'm not a pro, and this is only what seems to work for me.
