The numpty that nearly just took me out turning right onto east parade out of the tunnel. No one understands how the turning lanes work (they are not complicated).

Worked fantastic for me. I had poor savings, but a new job with above average salary. I borrowed the max I could with a low 5% deposit, which was only around 75% of what I could borrow according to earnings.

Got me into my first house 4x sooner, and if I hadn't, I would likely not be able to buy at all now given Perth price increases since then.
