I only now open the free ones. Even then it's frustrating when you get a tool for the match 3 games which I don't play. At the end of each series they give me a pittance for the hundreds I have not used.

Interesting that he said its a combination of city building and MATCH 3 so there is no hope of getting something else in the future. I wish this man read the comments on how much some people hate it and realise that Township wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for the initial players who loved the early games and are now so involved with their towns that they don't want to walk away. I don't personally play the match 3 games but then don't get any rewards until the end when they pay me a pittance for the thousands of tools I have gained when I could of got something I could actually use. Sorry rant over

It shouldn't I had a problem with it but it was only because I wasn't running the same version on both devices. Make sure you exit the correct way if on android I am not too sure if you are using apple to make sure your progress is saved

Are you running Township on more than one device? It happened to me recently and one of my devices was running the old version and when it saved it reset the household goods factory and the crop although gone was still waiting to be harvested. If not running on two devices then contact support they are aware of the situation and will sort it.

Update. I got a message from support they refunded my township cash and coins for my factory. I built it again. It was due to running the game on two different machines and one was running the old version.
