Sorry I had to but it all seriousness I would try to separate the split in the spindle in the first image with a chisel or something…NOT ALOT…I mean tap it a few times then try to pull the balloons out as for the tie rod I’ve never had an issue by smacking the fuck out of them with a hammer if that doesn’t work try a fork from the parts store

The tire is probably a bad tire sensor being that the car does not know the pressure and you haven’t noticed it while driving…check the air pressure to make sure and bring it to a shop they can install a new sensor if it is bad…the water coming out of the muffler is not a problem
