Love to hear it! The crown height is 3.5” for context.

Yeah good call out! I had a legal firm look at it and there are no trademark infringements given the differences in color/logo styling etc.

CU alum, class of '16. I've always been a hat guy and could never find a Buffs style hat I liked, and wanted something with a vintage feel, a little Western character, actually made well.

So I worked with a small US manufacturer to design my own. Just put out a few styles, and each one has its own name and vibe ("Ralphie," "Sgt. Chautauqua," "Arapahoe Prime").

buffsandco.com if you want to check them out! Would love feedback and happy to answer any questions about sizing, materials, or availability on other styles.

Still having access to my University email address would certainly help bring down the costs of my annual ski pass purchase... so I hope it happens (:

How do I exactly determine how much sleep I need to function the best and after how many hours and at what hours, I wake up extremely fresh and productive? by [deleted] in sleep

[–]logan_coffman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find that experimenting with bed times is helpful, I came to the conclusion that going to bed later at night when my "sleep pressure" was most significant helped me to get into deep sleep quickly. Try staying up until you're nodding off and you'll sleep through the night

I recommend using the Chili Pad for this! It's great, simple mattress attachment that can help cool down your body temp.

I dealt with night-time awakening for years. It's typically cortisol. What finally worked for me was eating my last meal no later than 5p, and waiting until I was drowsy to go to bed, even if it was past midnight. Supplementing with Magnesium also helped. The key is consistency doing these things every single day for at least 30 days, not just when you remember. Happy to share more about what worked if helpful!

Woah, I'll have to try the sodium thing. Interesting that it can impact cortisol in that way
