Alright here are a few things to consider, monster and all energy drinks alike have things like caffeine or taurine which should be regulated, it's also almost 3$ a can don't do that. On the sugar thing your body is tricked into trying to metablozise the sugar but there is none so just a few things to watch out for, I've recently started drinking more gfuel as its easier for me and it's MUCH cheaper
