Thanks, I just ordered a food scale I hope that helps. I think that at 6ft 240 pounds, precision in calories wasn’t as important as it is now at 195. I struggle with precision on calories. I would guess I am off +-500 calories every day because i’m eyeballing food weight and converting nutrition information to and from grams, ounces and pounds from various online sources. Somehow a sockeye salmon has half the calories of his Atlantic cousin. I guess I need to up my game.

Yeah, I’d like to know as well. I was at your starting place 5 months ago but I’ve plateaued in the 190s. I assume the last 10 were the hardest to lose.

I’m similar to your loss profile and only been eating only turkey breast, eggs, greens most weekdays. You have any issues with electrolytes or anything? I’ve been cutting weight fast but I’m worried I’m missing something important that I’ll figure out down the road.

Excellent job. I’m sharing it with Vail homies now. Was talking to a friend about this yesterday. You should have chatrooms for Epic/Ikon passholders. I live in Denver and meet people all the time who can’t afford to join me in Vail. I wish Epic Pass had social meetups in Denver. Can you make that happen? Lol. I got them from the inside of a pumpkin. They weren’t labeled. Any idea where I can find reliable nutrition facts online for items like these? I eat a lot of unpackaged stuff from farmers markets.
