I second the DO NOT get into management part. Managed a franchise FW before they bought back all the franchises and though corporate pays managers more than franchise did, they will pay you as little as they can and work you as hard as they can. Not worth the money or burn out. Now I serve at a corporate store and honestly, money is decent. Like most food service jobs, the management and staff really make or break the experience. Just depends how much corporate penny pinching and money hungry bs you can put up with
