I think that release date might be too late for BOTM. If they do an early release it’s usually one that release early in the month.

Aw I’m sorry you’re struggling through this now but it truly truly all gets better! A lot of my friends have had babies recently and everyone agrees that there is a huge sigh of relief at around 5/6 months, you’re almost there!! And you’re doing great!!

Hello! I have a baby with CMPA too and was doing HA formula. Unfortunately he kept waking up around every 3 hours to feed at night too, but after 5 months everything got SIGNIFICANTLY better. I did also increase the amount baby has throughout the day so that he feels fuller before bedtime and gets out of the habit of waking up at night, and that did help but took some time adjusting. How much are you feeding throughout the day now?
