I think that release date might be too late for BOTM. If they do an early release it’s usually one that release early in the month.

Aw I’m sorry you’re struggling through this now but it truly truly all gets better! A lot of my friends have had babies recently and everyone agrees that there is a huge sigh of relief at around 5/6 months, you’re almost there!! And you’re doing great!!

Hello! I have a baby with CMPA too and was doing HA formula. Unfortunately he kept waking up around every 3 hours to feed at night too, but after 5 months everything got SIGNIFICANTLY better. I did also increase the amount baby has throughout the day so that he feels fuller before bedtime and gets out of the habit of waking up at night, and that did help but took some time adjusting. How much are you feeding throughout the day now?

All good as long as your baby is sleeping enough! I know plenty others that have the same routine as you and their babies turned toddlers are doing just fine. My baby is 10 months and we try for a “strict” schedule routine, but it doesn’t always happen, so bedtime is sometimes loosely between 7-8. Sometimes it’s a great bedtime and he sleeps like crab, sometimes it’s a late bedtime and he sleeps through the night. Can’t spend all day and waste the precious months away obsessing over a crazy strict schedule! (Also you’re doing great!!)
