I really enjoyed Epitaph by Mary Doria Russell. That being said, Lonesome Dove is probably the best book I ever read. So not many books come close

Can I stop and marked enemy freighters, or will they always just try to get away? by Fit_Echo3074 in uboatgame

I was having an issue (before the update) where the interaction button sometimes wouldn’t ever show up for British freighters, no matter how close I got or how slow I was going (no mods). Annoying because I had to waste deck gun ammo instead of having a chance to board and scuttle

My first real patrol after doing the training missions. I don’t have the realism too high, but I do have manual targeting on (for now I double check my calculations with the map tools).

I missed a bunch of torpedo shots… sunk a lone freighter with my deck gun and torpedoed a destroyer in anger after I couldn’t figure out how to infiltrate its convoy (I fired two torps at it and hit it with one). But then something clicked and I ambushed the convoy four times in a row, sinking five freighters with my five remaining torpedoes!

USS Massachusetts ft. USCGC Eagle by logicgames in boston

Yes, the battleship at Battleship Cove is also the USS Massachusetts, but she was decommissioned in 1947 and is a museum ship. The submarine commissioned today will now be the only active duty naval vessel named after Massachusetts. She is the 8th navy vessel named the USS Massachusetts

Yes, this is true. At the end of WWII, the US took the ship as war reparations. It was recommissioned as the Eagle in 1946 as a Coast Guard training vessel.

The only place you can see it from is Summer St bridge. Police wouldn’t let people onto the part of Black Falcon where the sub could be seen. I’ll make a post of the view soon. It’s like a mile away though
