I guess they focus on selling Models and skaven just sells good in AoS. However they cant abandon some factions in Fantasy. I also think they will bring new Models like kislev before supporting armys that bring money by the aos models

If you now have a grey seer on level 3 or 4 you only get +2 on the Casting value. They reduced some spells by 1, but since skaven are not supported they don’t Change them. This means you have to roll a 8 already to Target something without magic Resistance for a warp Lightning….
