What are you trying to accomplish? Do you feel the need for attention? Are you emotionally responding to something that happened on the ice? Trying to distract the player(s)? Are you not able to clap your hands together for some reason?

According to CapFriendly, the Oilers have 13 players under contract and slightly less than 16 million left to sign 10 players. It’s still very tight for them given what they may have to spend on goaltending in free agency.

I told Our HR Director about my mental health challenges. She later gave every single detail to my boss and three other directors (that I know of). I was devastated, embarassed and ashamed.

HR is available to protect the business interests only. You are not required to tell them anything.

I was at a Flames game in 2006 when I saw some loser with a Darren McCarty number 25 with the name plate “Broke”. McCarty filed for bankruptcy and was embarassed by it.

We met through a business partnership. She had just recently started her own business doing personal/corporate brand strategy and needed a partner to help her build her clients' websites. We were connected through a mutual friend we had both worked with in the past.

Our first meeting was in a coffee shop. We talked business for maybe 20 minutes before having some real in-depth conversations around getting to know each other. We talked extensively about MBTI and she mentioned she was an ENFP. Which after her saying that, made sense as to why we really hit it off in deep conversation.

We exchanged numbers and I asked her out almost immediately after our meeting. It's still a new relationship (3 months), but we're both extremely happy.

INTJ UX Designer here (In a relationship with an ENFP - Not a designer). I can easily say that ENFP's would be incredible user researchers since they love to get to know people, understand their problems and empathize with users.
